Training at GÜNTHER Hot Runner Technology is oriented toward the professional practice of the specialist careers to be trained for. The wide variety of subject areas of our modern company in the hot runner industry enable you to become familiarised with practical and practice-oriented work flows. In the process, you are supported and advised by experienced trainers in the areas of management and production.
The start of training depends on summer holidays and is either the 1st of August or the 1st of September of each year.

Cutting machine operator

This skilled occupation is trained without specialisation according to individual disciplines or areas of focus in industry and craft trades, but has options for differentiation through occupational applications.
Process mechanic

Training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology is a recognised skilled occupation. Training occurs at the training workplace and at the vocational school in one of the four areas of focus: moulded parts, semi-finished products, multilayer rubber products and components.

Technical product designers create and modify CAD designs for us, from hot runner components to complete mold halves. You plan and coordinate workflows and design processes, create technical documents and apply them. As a technical product designer, you will mainly be employed in the areas of design, development or technical customer consulting.
