Our new website on thick-film technology has been online at www.dickschicht.tech since July 2022. On this site we provide customers, partners and others interested with a quick, clear overview of this innovative technology’s advantages.

After more than ten years in development, GÜNTHER Hot Runner Technology presented BlueFlow® hot runner nozzles at the world's most important plastics trade fair in 2010. Since then, the product range has been continuously expanded with this technology. These heating elements are suitable for many different areas of use and for all industries. The heating systems are manufactured exclusively in Germany to individual requirements at a maximum quality standard.

The clearly structured website provides information about the different thick film variants and their possible applications as round and flat heaters and as electronic components. The new heating solution combines many advantages:  energy efficiency, a rapid heating rate, non-hygroscopic, customizable design, suitable for temperatures up to over 600 °C, imprint on ceramic or steel, and high dielectric strength.

The processing and production conditions – screen printing, ISO class 7 clean room and construction of the thick-film elements – are also explained in detail on the website.
